People rescued after bus falls into river Seine near Paris

PARIS, April ⁠30 (Reuters) - A bus ⁠fell into the river ‌Seine near Paris on Thursday, officials said, adding that ​the four people ⁠on board - ⁠the driver, her tutor ⁠and two ‌passengers - had been rescued ⁠and were now safe and ​sound.

The ‌bus fell into the ⁠Seine ​in Juvisy-sur-Orge, south of Paris, the ⁠transport authority for the ​Ile-de-France region said. Later in the morning, the ⁠bus could still be seen floating in the Seine, close to ​the riverbank.
