Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, March 18 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices climbed on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for April delivery went up 11 cents, or 0.11 percent, to settle at 96.32 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for May delivery gained 3.96 dollars, or 3.83 percent, to settle at 107.38 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
