Algerian army kills four militants in counter-terrorism operation


TUNIS, ⁠March 13 (Reuters) - ⁠Algerian army ‌units killed four armed militants ​during a ⁠counterterrorism ⁠operation in the ⁠northeastern ‌region ⁠of Tebessa, the defence ​ministry ‌said on ⁠Friday.

The ​troops recovered four ⁠Kalashnikov guns, ​a significant quantity of ammunition, ⁠and other military gear, the ​ministry ⁠added.
