China beats Czech Republic in final warm-up game before FIBA Women's World Cup qualifiers


WUHAN, March 8 (Xinhua) -- China defeated the Czech Republic 85-51 in its final warm-up game before the FIBA Women's World Cup qualifying tournament here on Sunday.

China seized control early, opening with a 27-13 first quarter behind sharp shooting. The hosts made five of seven 3-point attempts in the opening period and extended the lead to 51-27 by halftime.
