Russian seaport capacity to grow over 175 mln tonnes by 2030


MOSCOW, March 2 (Xinhua) -- Russia's seaport capacity will increase by more than 175 million tonnes by 2030 compared with 2021, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev said Monday.

Savelyev said the expansion is part of a government-approved roadmap aimed at increasing freight traffic along international transport corridors by 1.5 times by 2030 from the 2021 level.
