Crude futures settle lower


NEW YORK, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Tuesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for April delivery dropped 68 cents, or 1.03 percent, to settle at 65.63 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for April delivery lost 72 cents, or 1.01 percent, to settle at 70.77 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
