Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices edged up on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for March delivery increased by 26 cents, or 0.43 percent, to settle at 60.62 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for March delivery went up 32 cents, or 0.49 percent, to settle at 65.24 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
