KAMPALA, ‌Jan ‌17 (Reuters) - ‌Veteran President Yoweri ‍Museveni ‍was the ‌landslide winner ‍of ​Uganda's ⁠presidential election, ‌the chief ⁠of ‍the ‍electoral ‌commission said on Saturday.
