Jan ‌13 (Reuters) - ‌Two oil tankers ‌were attacked near the ‍Black ‍Sea loading ‌terminal for the ‍Caspian ​Pipeline ⁠Consortium, Bloomberg news ‌reported on ⁠Tuesday, ‍citing people ‍familiar with the ‌matter.
