MOSCOW, ‌Dec ‌30 (Reuters) - ‌Belarusian President ‍Alexander Lukashenko ‍has ‌signed a ‍decree ​pardoning ⁠22 prisoners, ‌the ⁠Belarusian ‍news ‍agency Belta ‌reported on Tuesday.
