Crude futures settle lower


NEW YORK, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for December delivery dropped 2.55 U.S. dollars, or 4.18 percent, to settle at 58.49 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for January delivery lost 2.45 dollars, or 3.76 percent, to settle at 62.71 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
