Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index opens 0.49 pct higher, rises over 26,000 points


HONG KONG, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index rose 126.17 points, or 0.49 percent, to open at 26,061.58 points on Thursday.
