Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices rose on Tuesday.

The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for November delivery went up 1.13 U.S. dollars, or 1.81 percent, to settle at 63.41 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for November delivery increased by 1.06 dollars, or 1.59 percent, to settle at 67.63 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
