Belarus' gold, foreign reserves set new record

MINSK, Sept. 3 (Xinhua) -- Belarus' gold and foreign currency reserves reached 12.41 billion U.S. dollars as of Sept. 1 this year, setting a new record, the country's central bank said on Wednesday.

In August, gold and foreign exchange reserves increased by 471.4 million dollars following an increase of 400 million dollars in July.
