Belarus' foreign trade in goods, services edges up in January-May

MINSK, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian foreign trade in goods and services rose 1.9 percent year on year to 39.84 billion U.S. dollars in the first five months of 2025, the country's central bank said Monday.

Exports of goods and services amounted to 19.53 billion dollars, up 0.4 percent year on year. Its imports rose 3.3 percent to 20.31 billion dollars.

The country's trade deficit stood at 778.3 million dollars during the period, the central bank said.
