Crude futures settle lower

NEW YORK, July 25 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Friday.

The West Texas Intermediate for September delivery lost 87 cents, or 1.32 percent, to settle at 65.16 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for September delivery dropped 74 cents, or 1.07 percent, to settle at 68.44 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
