ABIDJAN, July 15 (Xinhua) -- The government of Cote d'Ivoire on Monday launched a nationwide malaria vaccination campaign for nearly 420,000 children aged six to 23 months across the country's 115 health districts.

The 10-day campaign marks "a key step toward a malaria-free Cote d'Ivoire by 2030," said Minister of Health Pierre N'gou Dimba at the campaign's launch in N'zianouan, about 120 km from the economic capital Abidjan.
