Nicaragua breaks ties with UN refugee agency

(Reuters) -Nicaragua has cut ties with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the U.N.'s refugee agency, the Central American nation's Foreign Ministry said in a letter to the organization on Thursday.
