Trump, Xi likely to speak soon, Treasury's Bessent says

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent said he believes President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping will speak soon to address trade issues, including rare minerals.

"I believe we'll see something very soon," Bessent said on CBS' "Face the Nation" program when asked if any call between the leaders has been scheduled.
