Brazil judge orders arrest of former President Fernando Collor, says local media

SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Brazilian Supreme Court judge Alexandre de Moraes ordered the arrest of former Brazilian President Fernando Collor, local TV channel GloboNews reported on Thursday.
