Overnight Russian attacks kill nine in Kyiv, injure 63, emergency services say

(Reuters) - Combined overnight missile and drone attacks killed nine people in Ukrainian capital Kyiv and injured 63, local emergency services said.

"There has been destruction. The search is continuing for people under rubble," the emergency services wrote on the Telegram messaging app.

Rescue operations were continuing in five districts of the city.
