Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, March 19 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched up on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for April delivery added 26 cents, or 0.39 percent, to settle at 67.16 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for May delivery went up 22 cents, or 0.31 percent, to settle at 70.78 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
