US Immigration and Customs Enforcement is short of $2 billion for the year, Axios reports

(Reuters) - The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has warned Congress has a funding shortfall of $2 billion for this fiscal year, Axios reported on Friday, citing two people familiar with the matter.
