Canada's employment holds steady in February

OTTAWA, March 7 (Xinhua) -- Canada's employment held steady in February, following three consecutive monthly increases totaling 211,000 in November, December and January, Statistics Canada said on Friday.

On a year-over-year basis, employment was up by 387,000, or 1.9 percent, in February, the national statistical agency said.
