Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices rose on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for March delivery increased 40 cents, or 0.56 percent, to settle at 72.25 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for April delivery added 20 cents, or 0.26 percent, to settle at 76.04 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
