WINDHOEK, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- Namibia's intra-Africa trade under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) in September 2024 saw exports valued at 4.7 billion Namibian dollars (about 267 million U.S. dollars) and imports worth 7.7 billion Namibian dollars (about 437 million dollars) from other African countries, the Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA) said Friday.

The AfCFTA agreement is one of the African Union's flagship projects under Agenda 2063, with a primary mandate to eliminate trade barriers and boost intra-Africa trade.
