NAIROBI, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) on Thursday expressed commitment to supporting Kenya's national immunization program in eradicating the polio outbreak in the country.
UNICEF Representative to Kenya Shaheen Nilofer said the program has maintained an average vaccine coverage rate of 85 percent to reach the 88 percent vaccination target.
