Pakistan former PM Imran Khan's wife Bushra Bibi freed from jail on bail


ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan's wife, Bushra Bibi, was released from prison on Thursday after securing bail in a case linked to the illegal sale of state gifts, ending about nine months of imprisonment.

Bibi, who was arrested in January, was released from Adiala Jail in the garrison city of Rawalpindi. Khan is also in the same jail, and has been imprisoned since August last year.
