KYIV (Reuters) - Russian drone attacks killed two civilians and wounded a third on Thursday in Ukraine's Sumy region, on the border with Russia, the regional administration said in a statement.

Sumy region neighbours Russia's Kursk region, where Ukrainian troops have been mounting an incursion since earlier this month.
