Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, June 13 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched up on Thursday.

The West Texas Intermediate for July delivery added 12 cents, or 0.15 percent, to settle at 78.62 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for August delivery gained 15 cents, or 0.18 percent, to settle at 82.75 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
