U.S. dollar ticks up

NEW YORK, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar increased in late trading on Wednesday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, went up 0.14 percent to 103.975 at 3:00 p.m. (2000 GMT).
