NEW YORK, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Friday.
The West Texas Intermediate for January delivery lost 1.89 U.S. dollars, or 2.49 percent, to settle at 74.07 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for February delivery decreased 1.98 dollars, or 2.45 percent, to settle at 78.88 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
