U.S. stocks close higher

NEW YORK, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended higher on Wednesday.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 184.74 points, or 0.53 percent, to 35,273.03. The S&P 500 added 18.43 points, or 0.41 percent, to 4,556.62. The Nasdaq Composite Index increased 65.88 points, or 0.46 percent, to 14,265.86.
