Vietnam's North-South Expressway opens another 500 km to traffic in Jan.-Sept.

HANOI, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- Sections amounting to over 500 km in length of Vietnam's North-South Expressway were put into operation in the first nine months of this year, Vietnam News Agency reported Thursday, citing the Ministry of Transport.

The sections opened to traffic during the cited period included Mai Son-National Highway 45, Vinh Hao-Phan Thiet, Phan Thiet-Dau Giay, National Highway 45-Nghi Son, Nghi Son-Dien Chau, and Nha Trang-Cam Lam.
