Bahrain publishes survey to assess consumer satisfaction in e-commerce

MANAMA, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Bahraini Ministry of Industry and Commerce has published a survey to assess consumer satisfaction regarding the kingdom's e-commerce services, the official Bahrain News Agency reported Friday.

The survey, available for participation for two weeks through the ministry's official website and its social media accounts, is carried out as the ministry pays close attention to the e-commerce sector to ensure adequate protection for consumers, the report said.

Amid the growing volume of e-commerce transactions in Bahrain, the ministry has been enhancing consumer awareness of their rights to help them make sound decisions when shopping online, it added.
