ACTOR Farid Kamil has apologised and retracted his statement on the existence of a “third party” in his marital woes with Diana Danielle, Kosmo! reported.

Not only that, Farid, whose full name is Farid Kamil Zahari, also apologised to his mother-in-law Norsiah Ramli for claiming that she was told by Diana to leave their home in 2019.

“I am retracting my statement in regards to a question by reporters on involvement of a third party.

“With utmost humility, I am apologising to my mother-in-law for my previous statement as well.

“Again in the holy month of Ramadan, I apologise for my mistakes,” he said via Instastory.

Without elaborating further, Farid seemed really hoping for the forgiveness of Diana and his mother-in-law.

> Actress Elisya Sandha had to face allegations that she was having problems with her in-laws –director and producer Sheila Rusli and Azman Yahya – just because she chose to move into her own home, Berita Harian reported.

The 23-year-old actress described talk over the alleged fracture of her relationship with her in-laws as lies and slander.

She even admitted that she was stressed when there was an irresponsible party trying to disrupt her family’s happiness.

“I wanted to move to my own home as I wanted to be independent with my husband Uzair Haqimy, but it has been misunderstood.

“Family is very important to me. I am fine if people want to talk about me, but leave my family out of it.

“It is normal to move into your own home after marriage as we want to live our life independently. We do not have any problems,” she said.

> Veteran actress Rozie Othman, 60, has advised her granddaughter – Dolla group member Syasya, not to dress “too sexily” until it drew public ire, Harian Metro reported.

Rozie said as a grandmother, it was her obligation to advise, but it was up to Syasya, 22, to accept it.

“On her dressing, I know and I have advised her. I told her I did not like her wearing such sexy outfits, so (do) lessen it and try to change.

“I was once young like her, so I understand the heart and will of the young. Nonetheless, I hope she would heed my advice,” Rozie said, adding she only prayed for the best for Syasya.
