DAR ES SALAAM, March 16 (Xinhua) -- Tanzanian authorities on Thursday vowed to transform higher education to enable it to play its part in the reconstruction of economic development.
To meet this goal, the government will continue financing higher education, Minister of Education, Science and Technology Adolf Mkenda told the first-ever Higher Education Students' Financing Conference in the capital Dodoma.
