U.S. stocks close lower

NEW YORK, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended lower on Wednesday.

The Dow fell 0.14 percent to 30,273.87, the S&P 500 decreased 0.2 percent to 3,783.28, and the Nasdaq slid 0.25 percent to 11,148.64.
