Urgent: 6.0-magnitude quake strikes off western Indonesia with no potential for tsunami


JAKARTA, Oct. 1 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted Indonesia's western province of North Sumatra on Saturday morning, with no potential to trigger a tsunami, the country's meteorology, climatology and geophysics agency said.
