SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Boeing announced on Tuesday that its Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business unit has unveiled a new Advanced Composite Fabrication Center in Mesa, in the U.S. state of Arizona.
The new facility, purpose-built to produce advanced composite components for future combat aircraft, will be operated by Phantom Works, BDS' proprietary research, development and prototyping division, the company said in a announcement.
