U.S. dollar ticks up

NEW YORK, July 6 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar rose in late trading on Wednesday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, was up 0.52 percent to 107.0910 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT).
