BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany will fast track its internal decision making on arms exports to Ukraine, German newspaper Die Welt reported on Wednesday, citing Economy Minister Robert Habeck.

Consignments of arms exports must be approved by several ministries, coordinated by the Federal Chancellery.
