WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Joe Biden told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Wednesday the United States was "firmly committed" to Ukraine's territorial integrity and offered Kyiv $60 million in new security aid as it grapples with aggression from Moscow.
