OTTAWA, Dec. 24 (Xinhua) -- The total value of building permits surged 12.9 percent to 9.4 billion Canadian dollars in November, according to Statistics Canada on Thursday.
It was the third-highest value on record, with the highest value having been reached in April 2019.
