BANGKOK -- Thailand's severe flooding on Monday claimed three more lives, raising the number of deaths to 24, and Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha visited the affected region in the south.

According to the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department on Monday, 24 deaths have been recorded, 919,003 people in 23 districts have been affected and 4,216 houses were partially damaged while 29 have been completely destroyed. (Thailand-Flood)
