FRANKFURT, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- German shares lost on Tuesday, with the benchmark DAX index down 117.71 points, or 0.92 percent, to close at 12,736.95 points.
Renal dialysis equipment supplier Fresenius Medical lost the most among the blue chips, down by 5.52 percent, followed by marketplace organizer for the trading of shares and securities Deutsche Boerse Group and European health care company Fresenius SE, which shed 3.41 percent and 2.83 percent respectively.
