WorldSkills Shanghai 2021 expected to be largest ever


SHANGHAI, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) --The 46th WorldSkills Competition, which is to be held in Shanghai in September 2021, is expected to be the largest in the history of the event, both in the size of the venue and the number of competitions, the organizing committee told a press conference Tuesday.

Tang Tao, vice minister of human resources and social security, said that although the COVID-19 epidemic has brought a degree of uncertainty to the competition, after careful research, it has been decided that it will be held at the scheduled time and with the goal unchanged.
