AMMAN, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Jordan on Friday reported 206 new COVID-19 cases, the highest daily number of new cases since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country, bringing the tally to 2,945 with 21 deaths.
A total of 18,000 random virus tests were conducted on Friday, bringing the cumulative number of coronavirus tests administered to 959,025, according to a statement by the Health Ministry.
