SHEVCHENKOVO, Ukraine (ANN): A 27-year-old man chopped off another man’s penis, after allegedly seeing him rape his wife last Sunday, Oct. 13.
The man, whose name was withheld in the report, was returning to his home in Shevchenkovo, Ukraine, when he claimed to have witnessed the attack, as per Daily Mail on Thursday, Oct. 17.
