Russia welcomes decision to postpone separatist elections in east Ukraine - Interfax

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia welcomes a decision by pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine to postpone disputed local elections until next February, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by the Interfax news agency on Tuesday.
